Study into the Effects of Jala Neti on 46 Woodworkers
In 1996 and 1997, 46 full and part-time woodworkers were crossover trialed with Jala Neti. This study was conducted in conjunction with Worksafe Australia, the Commonwealth Occupational Health and Safety Commission.

Survey of Jala Neti on 200 Yoga Students in Western Sydney
During 1992 and 1994 over 800 beginner yoga students were offered a trial of Jala Neti in their 8 week yoga courses. About 30% of students adopted the practice on a regular basis at home during their course. At the end of the courses 200 responses were recorded and collated as to the effectiveness of it upon their health.
