I woke up singing this Amma Bhajan yesterday and it really carried me through the rest of the day so I worked up a marimba part for it and recorded it for you. It's the first take so it's a little raw but I felt it captured the moment. It has really helped me keep peace within and grace during some recent challenges. Hopefully it will do the same for you.
The words are in Sanskrit:
Kali Durge Namo Namah
Shakti Kundalini Namo Namah
Uma Parvati Namo Namah
translation:
Salutations to Kali and Durga,
to the kudalini sakti,
to Uma and Parvati (Daughter of the Mountain Himalaya)
My own interpretation is praises to the Goddess, for her supreme nurturance. The source of ultimate love and compassion. The Mother of us all.
