Well if you know me then you know how much I believe in the benefits of the Jala Neti Pot. So I'm excited to share that I have obtained and republished one of the best collections of articles and instructions for this ancient form of nasal irrigation from a website that no longer exists. It is by far one of the most extensive sources I know of regarding this subject and it includes not only research but detailed instructions and explanations. Thank you Swami Saraswati and Dr. Steve Rabone for your wonderful contributions!
